Alan is a technical expert and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was able to digest quickly the detail contained in new regulatory policy for senior stakeholders. He helped deliver a number of significant regulatory projects across DLG including Pricing Practices. Alan is an exceptional team player motivating and supporting his own team but also working collaboratively across the organisation. He always offered assistance to anyone that needed it, no matter how busy he was. I highly recommend Alan - he is professional, dedicated and committed to achieving results. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

Alan is extremely technical and tenacious in how he approaches his work. Given any task to deliver, he will lead from the front, ensure he fully understands every aspect of the finer details and always has the customer at the centre of his decisions. He is totally happy managing people across all levels and knows how to communicate risks and opportunities equally. His stakeholder management is first class. He is a also great person to have in your team as he takes pride in helping others grow and learn. Very much a team player. He can bring light in difficult situations but reads the room well to know when to flex. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Alan and would not hesitate if the opportunity arose again.
