Project managed a 2-year development project for a government agency client, with six sub-projects. With a fixed legislative deadline, the project had a multi-million budget and a team of 20 people. The project was delivered on time, to quality and cost. The core of the development was done in India. The success of this offshore team was through strong relationships, technical processes, and development infrastructure including continual integration environments and automatic test scripts. These processes were developed from new both offshore and in the UK, requiring leadership to embed new ways of working. Also founded the Case Management Practice and built up the sales pipeline, the team and capabilities to deliver compelling solutions. These include Cloud based SaaS offerings, IL2 and IL3 infrastructure installations, OOB implementations and product customisation. The practice won the first large CRM project. Received the Company Award for commitment to quality.

The training programme contained a number of training solutions, including knowledge learning, hands-on IT skills, procedural training with IT integration, in-job reflection and evidence gathering, and full scenario training using the actual Tunnel facilities.
