Managed directors in the areas of Operations, Engineering, and Logistics. Reported to President. Pactiv was purchased by Reynolds Food Packaging in November of 2010. Developed order fill process by implementing a forecasting database and Pull schedule program that improved order and case fill rates from 85% to 98% while reducing inventory by 25%. Developed and started up new ERP system (from MAS200 to IQMS). Managed creation of all Bill of Materials, Production Costing, and Material balance flow of the system. Led the Startup of two new manufacturing operations. Hired management teams, developed operation and cost structure, determined which products to manufacture, and developed reporting systems for continued operational improvements. Both locations started up on time and within cost targets. Developed system for annual S&OP, developed the entire operations budget for all three manufacturing operations. Managed the integration of Pactiv / PWP / Reynold’s for the APET packaging group. Rationalized products by eliminating 45% of the skus and determined which products to manufacture in which locations.
