I was a part of a student team that was assigned to work with Running Guru. Our first task was to compile a list of race directors who resided outside of the state of Colorado. Next, we sent out an email campaign to these race directors and analyzed the results of the campaign. After identifying some improvements of how to better conduct the campaign, we gathered the contact information of the race directors who seemed interested in using Running Guru and integrated them into the Customer Relationship Management tool. Our final assignment was to identify ways to improve Running Guru's website and operation. My specific task for this last phase was to create a sample for a questionnaire that would ask the participants where they feel Running Guru should improve and what new features to implement that would enhance their experience. I was part of a student team that was assigned to work with the Wellness Restoration Center in Colorado Springs. Our team's goal was to design a computer game that would educate users about health and wellness. My specific tasks were to research health related topics and design them in a way that could be implemented into the game. We then used this game as the foundation to apply for a health education related STTR. I was part of a student team that was assigned to work with the Wellness Restoration Center in Colorado Springs.
