We have assisted many companies successfully implement different aspects of Lean ranging from standalone 5S initiatives to full-scale Lean implementations.Our nationally-accredited, Competitive Systems and Practices training program is a combination of units aimed at increasing organisational skills and competencies, and facilitating behavioural and cultural change.Efficiency Works is fully prequalified under the NSW Performance and Management Services Scheme to provide services across multiple capabilities to state and local government organisations. We have also been appointed to the ‘NSW Local Government Amalgamation Supplier Panel’ for Process Management and Change Management and have also been apponited by the Australian Government as panel member of Business Skills Training Providers.
