  Starting as a junior web developer, I was tasked with working on large projects involving mobile billing, linux server administration and general web development with Java & JSP, focusing more on backend & server-side systems. I was mentored by Jim during my employment and learned more about development than I thought possible in such a short time.Progressing to a fully fledged Web Developer after 18 months, I was responsible for testing & bugfixing my own changes, planning & implementing solutions for client's change requests, and carrying out planned work to exacting specifications. I communicated directly with clients and provided tech support where required. I moved on to learn javascript & jQuery with a larger focus on frontend development, and started managing my own projects.During my time here I learned a great deal about web development, self discipline, critical thinking and problem solving.
