AB was the site manager at Lichfield in the South Waikato. I met him in 1999 and 2000, he is very much a people person and will lend an ear regardless of the position you hold. It was never beneath him to come and say "Hello" to the factory workers, always called into the factory on Christmas day to shake your hand and wish you season's greetings. That was always a great morale boost. Thanks Alan for being you, no one has reached your level since. I have been here for the last 15 years and have seen managers come and go, but Alan always holds a soft spot at Lichfield for us oldies that remember.
