Adam Hugill
I worked with Andy in 2020-21 on the Tactical Engagement Simulation in Kenya (TESIK) project. Andy is a diligent, hard-working and reliable analyst with expert knowledge of defence simulation. He provided a first-class service to the customer during a challenging period (COVID and the start of a new project). Andy remained flexible throughout and supported me at all times. It was a pleasure to work with Andy and I wish him all the best on future projects.
Jim B.
When I first met Andy he was one of the more senior Sergeants in the sub-unit and, because of this, was specifically selected to run the high profile detachment of drivers in Baghdad responsible for the safety of senior officers within the International Zone in Baghdad, and at the US Camp at the Baghdad International Airport. He ran a tight ship. Andy became my most one of my trusted Senior NCOs, and was my first port of call for ideas to enhance training because of his significant experience within the training and leadership environment. He can be relied upon to assess a situation fully before giving a full and frank opinion of a course of action. The significant experience he has gained at all ranks and in many different operational, and training, environments made him a safe pair of hands to both guide wayward junior ranks and calm down over-eager young officers.
