As then President of the Board of Directors, I am the person who persuaded Alan to return to CPYB as CEO from his position in Manila I can not say how highly I regard his ability not only as a creative artist but as an inspiring administrator. Our board provided Alan with a 5 year plan which he completed in less than two years and he has gone on to enhance the administration of CPYB to an extent beyond my wildest expectations. He has brought the organization up administratively to the same level as it has enjoyed academically and artistically. He is that rare individual who functions well both as an artist and a manager.
