  I strategically plans and implements programs to increase protective factors in school environment to reduce interpersonal violence. To this end, I oversee the implementation of girls empowerment program Girls on the Run in Sitka and Kake, healthy masculinity program in Sitka and Kake, Boys Run I toowú klatseen, as well as various lessons on healthy relationships in local middle and high schools.
