I have worked directly with Alaina during the period I served as Head of Central Region at Gympass USA. She is an engaged and skilled professional, hard worker and always resourceful when it comes to reaching goals, both collective and individual. Alaina is one of the most talented and intelligent strategic executives I've ever worked with. She possesses an immense EQ & active listening capacity that leads to instant trust with all those she encounters. During our time working together as peers, Gympass was a new entrant into the US market and it was on us to test & evolve the GTM business strategy. Many individuals may be intimidated by the challenge that comes along with such a task yet not Alaina. She relished the opportunity to dig in, roll up her sleeves, and test out strategies to bring clients on board - resulting in her personally signing several of Gympass' first & largest US clients. Her impact was felt across the org in the results she delivered but even more so in how she supported & leveled up all of those around her.
