  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to Develop and deploy departmental objectives based on set Business Plan, align the team accordingly, monitor results and set Corrective Actions once targets are not achieved. Review Production Monthly Expectation Plan set by Customer Service, and propose changes if needed in order to optimize utilization and efficiency. Review and pre-approve monthly Section Heads reports (reflecting manpower status, RM consumption and FG/WIP/RM inventory and variances for each section) and propose Corrective Actions for the major set-backs, prior to submitting the reports to the Plant Manager. Review and pre-approve Production feed-backs (root cause and corrective action) set by section Heads on Internal Rejections (IRs) in order to insure they are being properly set. Investigate and pre-approve Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) set by sections Heads for all Production related complaints and relay the complaint form to Plant Manager in order to insure RCAs are being properly set Follow-up on all projects related to all Production sections (installation, commissioning and validation) by coordinating tasks with Maintenance department and following up on validation reports. Interfere in troubleshooting and solving Production problems in cooperation with concerned parties, once needed, in order to ensure operation continuity. Propose ideas for machinery upgrades and modifications, seek Management approval, initiate respective communication upon approval (with machine manufacturers, Parts Providers,.), prepare Return On Investments (ROI) accordingly and relay them to Plant Manager.. Follow-up on all Production sections 5S and Safety matters to ensure a safe and sound operation in a tidy work environment.
