Alain had been working in my team between April 2010 and November 2011. During this time I also had been working with him on a large HRM software implementation project. Alain is a very capable HRM software consultant and project manager. I see his strenghts in understanding customers needs and in translating those needs into a tailored software. He always had a sense for what was possible in terms of time and budget, he managed change very well and went live successfully with all his projects.
