It is rare to come across a great leader, in the year that I have worked with Alain, I can say that he portrayed naturally the traits of a servant leader. His capacity to listen to others, to involve his team and influence them to see things differently have demonstrated that he is an advocate of the philosophies of a servant leader. He was responsible for the retail and wholesale employees for the province of Quebec, as his HR Manager this meant our interactions were daily. He was a business partner that made it easy to collaborate with, our meetings were efficient and we challenged each other to find the best solution for the situations. His genuine approach made everyone feel that they were part of the team and that their job was as important as any other, which brought the best out of everyone. In in world of constant change, Alain‘s leadership style with bring employees together and influence them to embrace it. I hope that our paths meet again, it would be an absolute pleasure to work with Alain and I recommend it to anyone. Anne Marie Doss
