Daarnaast ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het draaiend houden van de dagelijkse operatie. Dit houdt in, dat ik de bedrijfsadministratie en de bijbehorende bedrijfsprocessen juist inricht, monitor en waak voor de juiste uitvoering. Ook de operationele en financiële rapportages die volgen door het juist uitvoeren van de bovengenoemde taken komen van mijn hand. Deze prachtige watersport locatie, pal aan het Eenmeer gevestigd, is een spannende break van het dagelijkse leven voor jong en oud. On my 18th birthday, the day I was officially allowed to leave school, I delivered official notice to my school that I was quitting my degree in sports and instead, I would be taking an IKO course to start being a kitesurf instructor. After a two-week full-time course, I passed and got my license. I sent an email to Aruba Active Vacations and was hired for an immediate start a week later. At Aruba Active Vacations I worked as a full-time kitesurf instructor for over a year. I was also trained to give: - Windsurf beginner lessons. - Landsailing lessons. - Mountainbiking tours.
