In 1981 I hired Alain at Xerox after interviewing a multitude of candidates as I was so impressed with his desire to succeed. I wasn't wrong as he soon became one of my top performers.His work ethic was always above reproach & he was extremely supportive of myself and the rest of his sales colleagues. Flash forward 20 years and things had changed. Upon my return from Europe he hired me to lead his sales force at Goliath. He had become a very successful entrepreneur without changing his core values; respect & support for all his employees, understanding his customers needs, striving to constantly achieve excellence & encouraging those around him to do the same. Notre clientèle étaient composé des top 500 du Québec et de différente société de la couronne. Notre plus grand succès a été de réussir a bâtir une belle clientèle et un chiffre d'affaire appréciable dans un marché qui était en régression . Je dirigeais personnellement l'équipe des ventes.
