  Design Balcony Thermal break connectors, Shear connectors-structure movement joints and Edge trim.My first priority is to design thermally insulated concrete balcony connectors (ISOTEC) using software for modeling. the design is based on either loads information provided by the Structural Engineer or our load assumption. we have extensive ISOTEC products line to suit a wide range of application with different design resistance capacity. I am currently the lead of ISOTEC products as I assist in modeling and manufacture details.My second priority is to design shear loads connectors where the design loads normally provided by the Structural Engineer. my job is to specify the appropriate shear load connectors, maximum spacing, minimum spacing and minimum edge distance. Also, advise for the additional local reinforcements required for our dowels. My third priority is to assist on the rest of structural concrete products including continuity systems, KSN, couplers, steel to steel connectors, steel to concrete connectors and punching shear software.

  Designing bespoke masonry support and windposts for supply to construction projects.Liaising with Contractors, Engineers and Architects to design and co-ordinate the timely supply of bespoke stainless steel fabricated products to construction projects. Working on several projects simultaneously, I was responsible for producing the design and shop floor paperwork; liaising with the design team and site, and ensuring that all variation costs were accepted prior to manufacture. I also came up with a number of cost saving and margin maximization measures which were incorporated by the company.Also, finding a solution in some complicating corner cases for masonry support and liaising with our senior Engineer for confirmation.

Also, dealt with setting tools for punching holes and setting tools for bending plates.while I am working in manufacture I manage to do excel sheet for cutting non standard lengths for channels by calculating the edge distance and spacing between lugs. Also, manage to do excel sheet calculating the waste for the tension and compression system.
