      Preparation of the production Plan and make sure of its implementation .  . Make the full coordination between quality department , maintenance with the production .  . Make sure of the proper reporting on time to the Manufacturing manager .  .Make sure that all Quality , Food Safety , Team Safety , Environmental rules are fully implemented and supported .  .Make sure that all training planes and programs are fully implemented in the production department .  .Make sure of the daily contacts with the suppliers to assure the R.M. & P.M. availability and any needed corrective actions .  . Monitor daily production people performance and activities  .Make sure of the monthly and yearly appraisal of the production department employees .  Make sure of assigning duties and delegate responsibilities in according to the job requirements .  .Make sure of putting in place all the actions needed to protect the company assets ( i.e testing equipments , machinery……etc.)  Reviewing and approving the production reports and take an immediate action for any deviation.
