I was responsible for the growth of the Medicare Advantage (MA) patient panel from 750 at inception to several thousand patients, and did so by identifying and integrating practice acquisitions, increasing the company's health care management services organization (MSO) network, and implementing regionally targeted marketing initiatives. In addition to being responsible for all organic MA member growth initiatives, as a founding partner, I provided counsel in the areas of capital raising, private equity interactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning and execution, and certain aspects of operations. I managed all aspects of corporate communications and investor relations including corporate collateral, the company's social media presence and the physical re-branding and integration of all newly acquired practices. I also oversaw all customer-service related issues and lead the company's co-branding and marketing relationships with all of its health maintenance organization (HMO) plan partners including Humana, WellCare, and Devoted Health Plans.
