  Working at O'Seeker food give me experiences about food handling and food safety. Everythings I do in production I need to wear hair cap, shoes cover and jacket (for maintenance). Working by hands-on and critical thinking to solve the problem. Multi-meter is my best friend and welding is normal for me. I can weld by MiG or SMAW. Below was several my responsibles :1. Maintain & service mechanical and electrical for machine, equipment and tool. 2. Manage documentation for maintenance department. 3. Inspect the problem and provide technical issues. 4. Fabricating and adjust the equipment. 5. Solve mechanical and electrical problem.6. Inspect the wiring problem and troubleshoot the problem instantly.

  I have been assign as a Mechanical Supervisor or known as Receiving Authority (RA) at Petronas Penapisan Melaka. I need to handle the project for TA and shutdown as the schedule.My experiences during Turn-Around and shutdown. I need so solved the problem for technical issues and provided information about technical besides control the safety at work.I have studied the equipment personally by drawing and printed document (JOBPACK) before, during and after my task. My job was needed to ensure the project completed within the 2 month before start-up stage. Cleaning process need to complete earlier within 4 weeks. As soon as the exchanger/compressor was stop their operation the bundle inside the exchanger/compressor will be taken-off and bring to my department which is cleaning department at washing bay. Because the component was big I must arranged the urgent bundle first for cleaning because it is critical and need to put-on as fast as we can.I have faced and solved many kinds of problem.Everything was doing fine because I succeeded to complete the task within 4 weeks. After that, I have cover many area for many equipment such as reactor, exchanger, column and compressor. One of my experience in hands-on was changing the leak tubing for lube oil.   Internship Experience Assist in hands-on services and maintenance of piping, metering, strainer, valve and welding. Besides, involved in designing new meter protection for domestic meter due to the meter always missing because of theft.   Working as a technical assist to engineer for a several task before, during and after production of Boeing. Such as:-1. Preparing and updated the shop order-The shop order contain the part number and specification. Every part number has different machining process, cleaning process and NDT process. I need to carefully classify them as Japan specification I received every day. 2. Preparing and updating the Technical support manual [TSM]-Technical support manual work same as shop order but different for department. TSM was used for coating and QC department. I need to update every part number and procedure for the part that was manufacture at production.3. Edit the drawing and sketching-I always working with CATIA due to the procedure provided for TSM is related to the drawing. The drawing need to compare from Japan specification and Malaysia specification and the Malaysia part need to follow the Japan spec during production process. So I need to edit the drawing same as Japan specification before the shop order and TSM released to production line.4.
