Duties and responsibilities:- • System administrator for online remittance management system. • Day-to-day operations, communicating to the branch officers, scheduling and complete the scheduled task within timeframes. • To ensure the central bank’s rules and regulations and coordinating the ethical strategies, time-to-time re-planning, organizing the operations and supporting to the connected underlying operators with priority basis. • Software, Server and Database maintenance and backup. • Analyzing raw data from multi-format datafile, cleaning data and make it economic data for the core banking system. • Bug fixing in the database if any issue arises on the operational time. • Daily, Weekly and Monthly statement preparation for Central bank and Exchange houses as well as business stockholders. • Preparing report for Central Accounts Division and Reconciliation Division of the bank. • Monitoring the centralized remittance processing system. • Ensuring Database backup daily and monthly basis. • Daily corresponding and building liaison with branch officers and exchange houses (business partners). • User ID setup and password management for online remittance product.
