      At Service Specialties II, Inc. I was in charge of generating leads when it came to new prospective rental property owners, and new potential tenants.       When I was with Tim Hortons I was able to add more tasks to the night crew allowing a growth in profits to the store in the morning, due to the added preparation. I created a spreadsheet for new hires due to the quick turn around so that a new trainee could go through the list of tasks delegated and be able to pick up the nightly procedure quickly. This sped up training and production of each employee that came through.
