Al was very exceptional both technically and professionally during my tenure at Rochester Regional Hospital. Al understood the SDLC relative to any project as a mentor and a "hands-on" Engineer/Leader who understood the Clinical and BioMedical disciplines. In addition, his skills for mentoring and guiding other engineers was excellent. I hope I work with him again in the near future.

Al is an excellent strategic thinker and customer relationship executive. He is very successful at exceeding corporate objectives and winning new business.
