  Responsible for our newly formed centralized operations organization leading LI’s reliability, maintenance and smart manufacturing organizations (centralizing and realigning these functions from within the LI businesses into a centrally managed teamed aligned by geography and not business or technology); as well as, Pipeline Construction, Plant Capital Projects, Standards Compliance, Technical Training and our Center for Technical Expertise (international and local technical experts in areas such as rotating equipment, electrical, air separation and cogen process, water technology, and control systems technology). By combining these functions, we expect to eliminate silos, leverage best practices, and improve standardization so that our facilities continue to improve in the areas of safety, reliability, and efficiency. In this role, I will also serve as our Industrial Director for the US, serving along with the other Industrial Directors from the other countries within the Americas where we operate to ensure alignment with strategy and implementation of standards and best operating practices. Additionally, I currently serve on the Corporate Council & Board of Trustees for the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).
