Responsible for bachelor programs communication on media -creating content for social media and other channels, leading communication campaigns. Worked on RBS rebranding; Participating in student recruitment by screening applications and conducting interviews (I have conducted around 100 interviews). Supporting current students, gathering feedback about their study experience, and helping to find a solution in case of any issues; Working with partner organizations such as Junior Achievement Latvia and Future Heroes, where I lead workshops and mentor youth teams to motivate them and help to advance their projects; Organizing internal events to foster student engagement as well as managing external events of the school - representation of the school in various exhibitions, study fairs, internal events for students and staff; I am also responsible for project management of the RBS Greenhouse program. In 2021, I implemented the RBS Greenhouse program for the first time from scratch: I developed the concept, created a communication campaign, and attracted 5 partners. 80 people applied and I selected 55 young people based on their motivation. 52 people graduated from the program, and every third is an RBS student currently. In total, about 100 people were involved in the project. In 2022, I have attracted 13 partners and developed the program concept based on the participants' feedback. I have increased application rate for the Greenhouse program by 87.5% compared to number of applications in 2021. My most influential achievement - I was delegated to conduct entrepreneurial bootcamp in Lusaka on problem definition, business idea generation, marketing and customer identification for 20 African women selected for “She Rebuilds the World” (officially titled "Girls' and Women's Empowerment through Entrepreneurship in Africa”) on October 2022. The project is organised by #esiLV movement and implemented with the support of the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Show less
