      Creating awareness of district activities and projects among clubs, media, and the community was a crucial part of my role. I liaised with ADRRs to conduct Rotaract Clubs’ PR training across the country and worked in cooperation with the district fundraising committee to source for airtime sponsorship from mainstream media houses. This helped to increase visibility and publicity for Rotaract in Tanzania and Uganda. To ensure a positive image of Rotaract in Tanzania and the public at large, I followed Rotary international guidelines for branding and trained clubs on the same guidelines. I raised awareness of the theme of the year to all the Rotaractors and the public at large. Developing Public relations guidelines and manuals to be used by the different clubs in the country was also a vital part of my role. I also developed PR and branding materials to be used by the district and ensured their safe custody. To achieve the district goals on publicity and Image of Rotaract, I worked to enhance district activities for media appeal and public visibility and eventually publicized them in the mainstream media. I coordinated photo shoots and edited and retouched photos to ensure that they were of high quality and aligned with the brand's visual identity. As a key member of the Communications and Public Relations team, I collaborated closely with other departments to ensure that all design work supported their goals and objectives. I also regularly provided updates on design projects and sought feedback from stakeholders to ensure that their needs were being met. Overall, my experience as the Chief Graphic Designer for Rotaract Tanzania allowed me to develop a broad range of skills in graphic design, project management, and team leadership.
