I worked with Anatoli in the same team on Enterprise Integration Application called Message Center. The project was transferring from India Service Center to SunLife US Service Center just few months before scheduled production implementation. Anatoli was able to quickly analyze existing software and identify the scope of the needed development. He prioritized and documented all development activities and provided guidance to less senior developers on the best implementation option. He himself was developing the most challenging parts of the platform, such as SOAP Webservice, Restful Service, Core Router, Plugin Framework, Timerservice, multiple plugins. He identified flaws in the initial design for asynchronous messaging and proposed alternate solutions. He implemented multiple Enterprise Design Patterns (Message Translator, Content Enricher) for Asynchronous, Synchronous and Fire&Forget communications. He revised message to transfer object mapping code, which produced cleaner, more understandable, scalable code. He designed and developed a number of enhancements: failed message retry functionality, jms, cxf and rmi endpoints, scheduled tasks and many many more. In addition to developing application code, Anatoli took an initiative to guide Data Architect designing Relational Data Model for application. Anatoli's expertise with SQL Server and JPA helped create data model that is easier to implement and that model performs well within Java Enterprise Application. Anatoli has created very detailed instructions for production install for release engineering group. The instructions included details on SQL Server data base loading, list of software components to be migrated, Oracle Weblogic server configuration - JMS, Data Sources, Deployments, Managed Servers configuration, dependent applications recycles and restarts. The project was successfully completed on time and installed without any issues within allocated release engineering time slot. I would definitely recommend Anatoli for most complex development tasks and as a technical leader of the group.

I worked closely with Anatoli on two big projects, Anatoli is the java backend lead developer and is always positive with respect to the area assigned to him.He is the real man who goes out of the way to develop the things and raise good amount of questions ( which I believe is must to explore code before making any changes). This didn't happen because he is familiar with the existing system But this happen due to his positive approach in all his assignments. He did outstanding work making our backend code and our data model more efficient. He provide very high quality code with no bugs or minimal number of bugs.Having good amount of patience that he took responsibilities in answering questions/queries outside of delivering code.Hard Worker and punctual of timings whether he has to work extra and support off the official hours. I would strongly urge any organization who is looking for an extremely hard working, detailed oriented, analytical individual who could be an extraordinary asset as a member of or leading a team to bring Anatoli into their organization.
