Financial Management Analysis and Budgetary Execution •Supports multi-services United States Air Force, Marine Corps & Navy (USAF, USN & USMC) for the Continuous Capability Development and Delivery (C2D2) program for the F-35 Program Office. Supports the team towards the execution of the Research, Development, Test and Evaluation appropriation, responsible for creating documents for RDT&E budget - $22.14B for active year funds (FY19-20) and $42.64B for the FYDP (FY21-25). •Manages two IPTs, Product Software and Science Engineering Information Technology (SEIT) under Research Development Test and Evaluation as the primary Business Financial Manager/lead with a $32 million and $8 million annual budget respectively. •Primary POC on the approval, record creation and disbursement of funds. Conducts in person meetings with IPT leads to formulate budget, spend plan, projections and burn rates. Prepares PPT slides on behalf of the IPTs for monthly Development Execution Review and reports in person to senior leadership O-6/GS15 on year to date financial information about percentage obligated, percentage expended, timelines for unexecuted fund spending and any updates on requirements. Accounting and Operations •Successfully creates Purchase Request documents with total monetary value of $50M-$70M on average for the AF and DoN, tracks commitments, obligations and expenditures for accurate reconciliation in CCaR and Navy ERP. •Has been in charge of managing Status of Funds reports in ERP to check accuracy against CCaR across several years. Has been overseeing Prime and OGC expenditure entries in CCaR to align AFDW postings with our internal systems. •Expert user of DoN and AF accounting and financial management interfaces - CCaR, NERP, user of tools like ABSS, FMSuite, Chris, WANF, etc. •Has shown accountability in completing recurring and ad-hoc financial tasks, timely document processing and effective management of Open Document List for AF and DoN Tri Annual Review (TAR).
