Over the course of my MA at the Aalto University, I worked on an action oriented research thesis where I proposed the idea of 'Participatory Learning Networks'. The idea was to work on mechanisms of communication and management, that allow for programmatic design that is iterative and gives agency to grassroots workers and organisations to contextualise and localise projects and ideas for execution. Since January 2017 I have been working with various organisations exploring different aspects of questions of how programs and organisations look at scaling up and scaling out their impact. This work has happened across sectors: financial inclusion in Indonesia, Fluorosis mitigation in rural India, Employability and engagement in urban Ahmedabad, and service design for maternity wards in small town Odisha.
