While working with Akshay on a project, the very first thing you notice is the sheer enthusiasm and excitement he brings to the group. I had the pleasure of collaborating with him on multiple College Committees, and was always awed not only by the energy he brought to the table, but also with his inquisitive nature and the sheer ease with which he would manage multiple aspects of whatever tasks we were involved with. Besides, I truly cannot remember any conversation with him which was finished without a smile on our faces, primarily due to his quick wit. I sincerely believe that Akshay is an asset to whichever group he works with and any organization would be lucky to have him.
