  As manager of Digital & Cross-Functional Initiatives in the Strategy Department, my role varies across several verticals. MVIL incubated the real estate development business in 2016 bringing together a diverse set of real estate and related capabilities across Max Group under one entity – Max Estates Limited (MEL), a 100 percent subsidiary of MVIL. MEL’s current focus is commercial office assets and it recently launched its flagship commercial office asset in National Capital Region (NCR) - https://maxtowers.com/. For Max Group, Real Estate is one of the key businesses to grow and scale as a priority in coming years.I started my journey with Max Ventures in 2018 working in Max Investments Limited (an MVIL subsidiary) evaluating startups in the Proptech industry as well as New Product Development in Max Specialty Films (another MVIL subsidiary). Post these stints, I am currently working in the real estate vertical of Max Ventures, Max Estates Limited (MEL), as a part of the leasing vertical. In addition to this, I also look at various digital initiatives spread across MVIL as well as several cross-functional projects such as ESG framework, gap analysis in processes, etc across various subsidiaries of MVIL. Lately, I have been a part of the Residential Growth (Business Development) team in order to establish our footprint in the residential space in NCR.

New York Life Insurance recently invested $18M in it as MVIL branched out into the sectors of Education, Investment Arm and Real Estate. I personally worked in the strategy development arm where we identified areas of steep growth in the Education and Healthcare sectors. We prepared a portfolio of early stage growth companies that Max could potentially invest in.
