  Responsibilities:• Worked as the Application Manager and managed applications like Smart Consumer Mobile App & Helpdesk Ticketing Tool.• Responsible to deliver the SLAs (Service Level Agreement) as mentioned in the contract and submitting reports as per RFP.• Managed and prepared the documents for the UAT of both Applications and ensure to get the successful closure from the client.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners to identify problems, elicit, document, and manage stakeholder requirements, and successfully meet objectives and implement the project on time and within budget.• Act as the liaison between technology/business stakeholders and Senior Managers on project status, issues, and risks.• Responsible for working directly with Development Teams and SMEs in sprint planning, maintaining the product backlog, retrospective meetings, and more.• Monitor processes and procedures to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives, recommending improvements and strategies.• Responsible for looking after the development of the application as per the contract period and also coordinating about contracting compliance with the application vendors.
