I began my career as faculty at the Child Sight Institute, Jasti V Ramanamma Children's Eye care centre in August 2015. I have developed into a competent and successful clinician, capable of taking care of patients with simple and complex eye problems. I have also performed complex pediatric cataract surgeries ( children post glaucoma surgery , post retinal detachment surgery, children with co-existing systemic disorders) along with simple and complex squint and nystagmus surgeries. I am also a passionate teacher and an avid researcher with 20 publications and book chapters and also a reviewer for international journals. My strengths include my love for patients, a patient first approach, my clinical and surgical skills in my field and my teaching ability.
