It was a pleasure to work with Akshay during his internship at Twilio. His code quality, testing, and documentation habits were top notch. The React code I reviewed from Akshay was thoughtfully put together, easy to maintain going forward, and well tested. A big thing I liked about him is that he frequently asked the right questions. "What approach do you recommend for testing this component?", "Should this particular refactor be feature flagged?". He really went above and beyond what was expected out of his internship -- contributing to our team's internal docs in addition to delivering on time. Highly recommend him on any engineering team!

Akshay is a very good developer. He started as intern with BMC Software and helped migrating legacy reports built in FusionCharts to latest Angular technology based reports. He has a very good approach of designing first and then implementing. He visualizes the problem statement pretty well and comes up with an apt approach to solve the issue. Despite being a fresher his development skills in Angular technology is at par with experienced engineers. He went on and contributed to migrating many components of our product to Angular based UI. He is an asset to any team.
