Aksel is the diamond in the rough. Few people I've worked with have exemplified the level of intelligence, passion, and personal care as Aksel. He is a source of positivety to everyone he works with, and has always maintained an "open-door policy to all that lean on him for advice (whether personal or work-related). His ability to truly relate to his employees combined with his innate skill to solve problems makes him one of the best coaches I've ever been blessed to work with. Aksel is the guy that you can go to with high-level organizational health issues, or when you just need life advice. You wont find anyone that outworks him. He has a balance of experience, Intelligence, work ethic, Integrity, and likability that makes him a vital asset to any organization that is lucky enough to have him.
