Akrem was employed by our Main Contractors and worked for (Msheireb Properties) on Msheireb Downtown Doha Smarty City Phase 1C. During the time I have known him he has provided excellent service. In particular, during our corporate move to our new HQ and commercial offices on site. Akrem made himself available whenever we had teething problems or needed guidance on the building systems. His response was always fast and effective. If a request was outside of his scope he would stay with it and find the right person to deal with the issue. He always followed up after work requests for feedback and to ensure he had met our needs. Akrem has excellent client facing skills, a great knowledge of constructions and provided a positive image for his company. An excellent Construction/Project Manager and definitely worth investing in. I cannot recommend him highly enough. *****
Akrem was an enthusiastic and thorough professional throughout my experience and dealings with him and Harris HMC during fit-out construction activities at the Epping Market. With many other builders working on the site concurrently, Akrem was clearly ahead of all others with respect to management of his site - especially with respect to maintaining a safe workplace for his workers. Akrem was also very efficient and diligent with any instructions provided to him or Harris HMC - without questioning he simply got on with it and had the task completed when others were still complaining. Akrem was one of the stand out performers in a field of in excess of 100+ tradesmen and builders. I would highly recommend Akrem for a similar type of role in the future.
