      At Natpet, my core responsibility is to lead TQM team in the Marketing and Sales Department to gain customer satisfaction and administer multiple tasks, including fulfilling client requirements, delivering technical support, and providing presentations of Natpet Products' technical advantages. ☛ In this role, I create markets for existing grades to accomplish exceptional results and formulate specialty grades in Natpet for all-inclusive business action plans. ☛ I develop business relationships with new customers while incorporating existing clients to attain optimum results. ☛ Designing Melt blown grade while working with BASF was another key responsibility. I also enhanced existing grades and launched new grades in the market by coordinating with additives manufacturers to intensify the quality of objects. ☛ Here, I established Medical Grades as a member of the Natpet team to facilitate customers with quality products. Standardized forming of five specialty grades. Key Achievements: • Obtained high premium in Natpet PP grades by 3-5% on average, parallel to rivals by using Polypropylene technical knowledge. • Played a crucial role in phenol-free fiber grade as member of the team Natpet. • Provided exceptional quality of Natpet phenol-free fiber grade in trial run to customers of Turkey, that it can speed up to 3300 m/min without any breakage • Introduced Melt blown and spun bond grade with BASF. • Accomplished high premium range over recent base grade in Medical Grades. • Attended and efficiently participated in three major Petrochemical exhibitions. • Achieved success in saving huge amounts in Natpet R70MLT grade, Random PP MFR=70, in comparison to R40MLT, Random PP MFR=40. • Coordinated with Milliken team at multiple customers' production sites in Turkey to ◦ Calculated new Natpet R70MLT, savings comparative to lower MFR grades. ◦ Optimized machine cycle time utilizing Natpet R70MLT. ◦ Demonstrated NX8000 higher clarity properties in R70MLT.
