My job has a large emphasis on detailed assessment and communication. I coordinate with doctors, family, physical/occupational therapy, wound care specialists etc. to treat all aspects of the patient. I oversee progress and report physical/mental deterioration of patient appropriately to overseeing doctor. I keep attendings and team care updated on patient status, report abnormalities.
