  1. Advise clients in project financing of infrastructure and public-private partnership projects. 2. Perform financial analysis and develops financial models according to industry’s best practice and comprising sensitivities analysis and key financial outputs such as Debt Service Coverage Ratio, Loan Life Coverage Ratio, Equity IRR, Project IRR and Blended IRR. 3. (d) Financial advisory services in relation to the Changi Motorsports Hub including financial model development; (e) Financial model development for Singapore Tourism Board's development of Mandai 4th Gate; f) Financial model development for Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge; (g) Financial model development for a gas utility in Macau (h) Financial model review in relation to the refinancing of Senoko power plant in Singapore; (i) Financial model review of Mong Duong 2 power plant, Vietnam; (j) Financial model review of a wastewater plant in Bahrain; and; (k) Financial model review of a 1.5 million m3 oil storage terminal in South Korea. (l) Financial analysis of the performance of various business segments of a conglomerate in Shandong Province, China.
