I had the pleasure to work with Andrii for 8 months when I first joined BlaBlaCar - he was my direct manager. We collaborated on projects that would ensure performance marketing channels (mainly acquisition oriented) were being properly measured and used efficiently. During our interaction Andrii was a great manager, he enabled me to develop quickly by increasing my analytical skills and always challenging me. With Andrii I learned to always bring solutions to our discussions and not just problems, developing my autonomy in the company quickly. I also felt my professional growth develop faster as he led me to have tools to better prioritise tasks, (for example the 80/20 principle) & to focus on framing communication according to stakeholders needs. Additionally, Andrii is a manager that generates trust quickly, you always understand what is expected from you and this facilities collaboration efforts. He is also great at providing continuous feedback so that you grow from every success and failure, and develop ownership of your own career development - I personally can say that Andrii has led me to feel more empowered in communicating with future managers & teams.
