  • Exercise the function of Registrar by managing and monitoring faculty’s management and coordination with other department within UPSI. • Supervise the implementation of policies & public servant circular. • Monitoring the achievement of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) at Faculty level. • In charge all of events at the faculty level which involved local and international university’s (Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand and Japan). • Focal point for student and alumni. • Producing and editing corporate marketing materials and faculty website (Content writing, Joomla!, WordPress, HTML, CSS). Key Achievement: • Managed to improve the faculty’s filing system from conventional local server to a proper cloud system, thus increase the efficiency of filing and auditing process. • Spearhead the Student Lounge’s project. It is now become student’s favourite spot. • Championing the refurbishment of archaeology lab (as it was poorly maintained before despite having many valuable artefacts). Show less
