Market Town is a work program from BEM Kema Unpad that aims to create a platform for MSMEs to grow and achieve one primary goal: sustainability. The most outstanding feature of the Market Town work program is the Business Plan & Case Competition, which I lead and manage. The Market Town Business Case Competition successfully partnered with Bobobox and created a case study framework using ESG Guidelines and Values to develop a sustainable business solution that considers all aspects of the business. In this project, my team and I have developed a curriculum for incoming students of Padjadjaran University's digital business program, incorporating a unique format of a business plan competition. Each new student has the opportunity to showcase their best ideas by presenting them (pitching) to a panel of judges at the end of the event. I lead a team of 19 staff members divided into three subdivisions: HRD, responsible for curriculum development, assignment management, and material preparation; the Liaison Officer, who facilitates communication between the organizing committee and the orientation participants while also integrating the core values of the curriculum; and the Evaluator subdivision, whose role is to ensure discipline among the new students, addressing any misconduct, and guiding them towards the right path. Being the Master of Ceremonies for Studi Banding Dignity X Himagi has been quite the ride! It's definitely been a challenging gig, but I've got to say, it's been a whole lot of fun too. This experience has given me a taste of what it's like to create an awesome atmosphere for an event, and I'm already on the lookout for more opportunities like this in the future.

Project Officer of Sekolah Pasar Modal X Investhings 2023

The "Sekolah Pasar Modal" is an annual event organized by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with the aim of increasing financial literacy in the Indonesian society. The format of this event is a seminar/workshop on the capital market that invites speakers directly from the stock exchange itself. It is often organized by capital market communities in various universities across Indonesia. Meanwhile, "Investhings" is a program initiated by the management student association (HIMA Management) with the same vision of enhancing financial literacy among management students at FEB Unpad (Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Padjadjaran). Due to their shared goals, Sekolah Pasar Modal and Investhings collaborate together.As a project officer of this program, I have learned a great deal about leadership, project management, and communication skills. The magnitude of the event and the responsibilities I held provided me with valuable experiences. However, I also received guidance from managers and senior members who had more experience, which contributed to the successful execution of the event. In total, we had 100 participants who already opened stock accounts with our partner securities and getting new knowledge from our speakers we invited. Show less
