Developed a report that outlines the landscape of youth rowing within BC in order to assess the potential for the development of youth rowing programs. Created over 50 Excel spreadsheets that outlined Rowing BC's participant data and the statistics of BC's demographics. Contacted and communicated with over 20 representatives of Rowing BC's member clubs get a qualitative understanding of their youth rowing programs and participation numbers.
