   Developed a report that outlines the landscape of youth rowing within BC in order to assess the potential for the development of youth rowing programs. Created over 50 Excel spreadsheets that outlined Rowing BC's participant data and the statistics of BC's demographics.  Contacted and communicated with over 20 representatives of Rowing BC's member clubs get a qualitative understanding of their youth rowing programs and participation numbers. Researched and documented on how youth rowing programs are developed and maintained and investigated the challenges rowing clubs face toward delivering programs.
