      🤍I represented Hong Kong and the United Kingdom as part of the international Cultural Exchange Program. As a merchandise cast member, I was stationed at Creations in EPCOT, the busiest merchandise location in the theme park. My general responsibilities included cash register, product stocking, as well as greeting and engaging with guests to create magical memories. To maximise engagement with culturally diverse guests, I provided interpretation for Cantonese and Mandarin speaking guests. 🩵As a cast member at Club Cool, the Coca-Cola tasting store at EPCOT, I am responsible for opening/closing procedures, working on the bar making a variety of drinks for customers, and to maintain the store up to clean sanitary standards. 💜To further explore different merchandise and cultures, I got involved in the Pin Board Trading event at EPCOT, the first in-person event since the pandemic shutdown, and also worked at 12 other merchandise locations across the Disney resort. 🐭Working in the largest tourist locations in the world was a unique experience which facilitated my excellent communication skills. I learnt to meet different new challenges and work under high pressure while paying attention to details to ensure the reliable delivery of services to guests.
