I have known Anirudh for almost 3 years. He worked for the cardiology team while in Cerner, one of the three teams I lead. I interacted with Anirudh on daily basis regarding project updates and planning. He reported to me directly for about 2 years. Anirudh, one of the 5 members of the cardiology team was the only one who could analyze and work on complex projects due to his strong problem solving skills. All the projects he delivered were successfully completed on time and none came back for rework. Due to his proactive and responsible behavior a number of possible code breaks and potential crashes were avoided. Even associates in the company with more work experience than him haven’t been able to achieve such a roaring success rate. His tenacity and industriousness are the prime reasons why he was awarded in the town hall. Anirudh created designs for various projects. While designing projects he performs a thorough analysis of the impact of the project on the existing functionality. He performs a root cause analysis for defects and attacks the root of problem and does not settle for a round about way to solve them. He considered all the options available to solve the problem, consulted leads of other teams and came up with the optimum design. His solution reduced the time taken by more than half. His communication skills have developed greatly. He actively listens and allows others to speak without interrupting. Putting forth his ideas in an organized format he effectively communicates with associates. Friendly nature, people management and communication skills are the prime reasons why he developed strong professional relations with large number of associates. Anirudh displayed interest and enthusiasm for the healthcare industry. The projects he worked on, either research project or critical client requirement, he has always developed the feature keeping the client perspective in mind. His enthusiasm has resulted in constantly bettering the requirements for which has received client appreciations.
