ABWA (A Better World Academy); a Certified Independent Study Program Kampus Merdeka by Kemendikbud Ristek 1) Developed proposal of ABWA; being one of finalists to be presented to Judges from Kemendikbud Ristek. 2) Designed curriculums and syllabus of ABWA; approved and adapted in August 2021 and presented to 44 universities. 3) Conceptualized & managed daily activities: dedicated mentors, students assessment, learning journey, and class execution. 4) Created an assessment form to convert into credits. 5) Selected 4109 applicants from universities; 60 selected students from 44 universities in Indonesia. 6) Conceptualized monitoring & evaluation metrics: most significant change (MSC) and learning change rate. 7) Hired 3 volunteers to help academic process & class execution. Incubation & Workshop Project 1)Led and managed end-to-end process project execution of Online Course #ForChange; reached 60 communities from cycle 1 and cycle 2. Increased 80+ community launching challenge on Apps. 2) Initiated ‘Campaign #ForChange Class Series’ concept and mechanism; approved and adapted in April 2021 4) Designed a learning curriculum and modules for the development of social communities named "Becoming a Great Campaign Organizer #ForChange”. 5) Handled a big project named A Better World Prize (ABWP) during 3 months.
