  Glific is an open-source platform that aims to change the communication paradigm between Nonprofits and their communities at large scale, using WhatsApp Business API. Glific empowers Nonprofits to engage with their community by sending rich media such as images, videos, documents and supporting multiple languages to a diverse set of people effectively. My role as developer was mostly taking care of backend which is build in Elixir. In addition to daily development tasks, there are other areas in Glific where I contributed - Worked on reporting and analysis of various NGOs chatbot using Bigquery and Data Studio. - Worked on mapping dashboard for Reap Benefit using R - Interacting with Nonprofits to learn about their requirements and challenges in communicating with their communities from a technology perspective - Presented sessions and webinars on new features in Glific Show less
