Project CP07B Lusail plaza infrastructure works, LRT station public Car parks, Landscape & BP12. • Tunnel along Road A1 Two levels • LRT station • Underground parking • Bridge at junction 19 • Construction of 3 substations • Infrastructure utilities ( integration of the remaining network including electrical mechanical sewage irrigation, storm and tunnel drain network) • Art work in road A1 • Integration of Landscape and public realm features. • Structural foundation for the four towers. Scope of work • Coordinating project schedules • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives • coordination with all departments to identify project requirements, scope and objectives • preparation of action plan for each activity till completion • Act as the point of contact and communicate project to all participants external vendor representatives and functional consultants on overall project • Attending all level of meeting and extract the action required • Preparation for all kind of meeting • Track and report project progress to higher management • Update documentation • Assisting and supporting the Project director for delicate issues • Track and communicate the project risks • Ensure that each department meet project milestones • Assist with procurement till delivery on site • Keep the BIM Manager and MEP Co-ordinaters well informed of any updates. • Ensure coordination of the interfaces of project team and other operations meet the project requirements. • Prepare and/or edit Revit Models and Shop Drawings. • Coordinate with the planning department and BIM manager on all kind of project changes • Prepare reports and presentations to higher management and seniors on the project status. • Perform other related duties and assignments as directed by the BIM Manager.
