Support 10 Ridge offices with over 600 staff, creating company marketing communications for print and digital applications from their head office in Woodstock. Ensure all communications are designed to a high standard, and delivered on time. Created many bespoke client brochures, presentations and complex project reports across many disciplines and sectors. The complex templates were created in Indesign tailored to each disciplines’ needs, also including technical support to other staff members when needed. Coordinated and designed large scale corporate art within 3 Ridge offices.Together with my Team Manager, developed the company brand guidelines and implemented this across the company. On a monthly basis host a photography shoot for all new starters for a point of contact photo, including editing on Photoshop. Created a Ridge welcome moving slideshow with the use of TDM Digital Signage. Helped the Marketing Team manager and HR by designing adverts for job sites and social media posts, including monthly graphics on the Ridge Intranet and upkeep of graphics on the main website. Onboarded, trained, and oversaw a new employee in the graphics department.

Dealt with all visual aspects of the business, establishing a new brand that can be recognised. Launched and designed the company’s website while producing project graphics both online and for client based meetings. Alongside this, I also designed technical catalogues, promotional literature, brand guidelines, packaging and marketing materials, all of which are now integrated within the entire company including international offices. As an instructor I was assigned to private lessons which consisted of mainly one to one lessons varying in ability levels and age. A high level of enthusiasm and energy was needed for this role to motivate guests and to ensure they were having an enjoyable time. It was necessary to be fully flexible and adaptable as bookings could happen at any moment. My aim was to exceed the guests' expectations and encourage rebooking. It was important to be a good role model and to always be approachable and available to guests on and off the mountain.

I have gained experience in sourcing high end luxury products to meet clients' needs. During my summer holidays while at school I worked at Welding Alloys where I learnt different skills involving preparing for exhibitions, conferences and communicating with subsidiaries overseas. I used Photoshop extensively and carried out market research to identify potential customers for Welding Alloys. I also created an advertising pamphlet to attract new global customers by promoting existing machinery and services.
