In our five years of working together I've seen Akberet grow from a relative junior support employee towards a leader in the operational part of our services. Whether a service is easy or complex, Akberet is sure to find the bottlenecks, request change and then implement a better version of the service. On a personal level Akberet is a delight to work with. Dedicated with a good dose of humour and camaraderie. I would always recommend Akberet as operations manager or in a a similar role.
